Her work focuses on climate change and environmental protection, where she centres user voices and everyday experiences to foster climate action, strengthen citizens’ agency, and encourage environmentally responsible behaviours.
Olga Glumac
Participatory Design Lead at Three o'clock
Dr. Olga Glumac is a design researcher and practitioner specialising in co-creation, public participation, and civic engagement. With a PhD in Design from the University of Porto, she applies participatory and service design methodologies to advance social innovation and ecological transition. Her work with EU-funded initiatives focuses on co-design experimentation in innovation labs, where she fosters inclusive decision-making, knowledge transfer, and scalable solutions for urban and environmental challenges.

Dr. Esti Sanvicente is an expert in energy and environmental sustainability with over 14 years of experience in urban projects and more than 20 European research initiatives. Holding a PhD in Energy and Environment and an MSc in Industrial Engineering, she has worked across academia, consultancy, and innovation, focusing on renewable energy systems, sustainable buildings, and climate strategies.
